What is your minimum order for delivery?
For complimentary delivery is provided for order over $200 in value, Customer Service will be able to advise if you are unsure of the value of your order.
Will I be advised if an item is out of stock?
Yes, if for some unforeseen reason we are unable to deliver an item or we need to order the stock in especially for you, we will call to discuss and offer an alternate product where possible.
How do I place my order?
Our friendly customer service team ready to take your order or answer your queries by phone between 8.30 and 4.30 Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can place your order via our Fastrac Foodservice App, Freshos or by email (orders@fastrac.com.au).
Orders are accepted up to midnight for next day delivery to most regions.
What time will my order arrive?
In line with our Company Ethos & Customer Service standards we endeavour to meet our customers preferred delivery windows.
However, this is not always possible, as the delivery runs can vary depending upon customer demand and time of year.
If you are needing a more accurate estimate on the day of your delivery, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to assist in providing a more accurate ETA.
